Daksha Foat is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist located in Guildford, Surrey. With a comprehensive background, she dedicated over three years to studying Nutrition at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Daksha furthered her qualifications, becoming a NutriGenomics Practitioner with LifecodeGX and a Health Coach at Zest4Life.

Her personal health journey, overcoming challenges like PMS, fertility issues, Hashimoto’s disease and menopause, ignited Daksha’s passion for investigating the underlying factors driving symptoms. She employs evidence-based interventions and collaborates with private labs to run stool, urine or blood tests. Individualised Wellness Programmes based on these findings are tailored to each client’s unique needs and health history.

Specialising in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, Daksha is dedicated to aiding her clients in reclaiming their health.
